The position

Job description

As a PLG Lead, you will operate from a user-first mindset and help to spearhead the development of our self-serve prospect data offering. You will be working in a highly cross-functional manner, closely aligning with the Head of Marketing and CEO to plan and execute a product-led growth strategy across multiple regions.

You will always be seeking to identify MVPs, driving optimisations through experiments and increasing user adoption. Kaspr is a scale-up that is a part of the wider Cognism Group, it is growing fast, and we are looking for a PLG Lead to be able to spearhead further growth and to stay on top of the priorities in our fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Build out user acquisition campaigns and tests in order to drive increased volumes of users across multiple regions. Work closely with the Paid Acquisition team in order to drive this growth.
  • Support the rest of the Kaspr team on the design and build of a frictionless sign-up experience for users, optimising the flow at every stage to increase conversion rates.
  • Work with Product teams to identify in-product actions and build onboarding guides and nurturing emails that help prospective users understand and succeed with Kaspr’s PLG product.
  • Build out motions and user-flows that are aimed at driving increased and maximum revenue per user and maximise the conversion from free to paid users
  • Dive into both qualitative and quantitative data to identify user actions and engagement rates and optimise onboarding flows.
  • Lead self-serve launches – internal and external communication.
  • Act as a PLG evangelist in the organisation.
  • Track the right metrics to identify areas of opportunity. Consider new, creative approaches to have an impact on core metrics.
  • Always be testing and always be learning.
  • Work closely with the Paid Acquisition team to identify opportunity areas for user growth at all times and across multiple regions.

  • Excellent communication skills and an ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders.

  • Aptitude for reporting, analysing numbers and uncovering key trends and insights.
  • Highly organised with outstanding attention to detail.
  • Experienced in B2B marketing and all digital channels.

  • Base your plans and decisions on data.
  • Experienced at mapping and adapting user sign up journeys, optimising for improved conversions at every stage.
