📌 About the Role

Jus Mundi is looking for a Data Entry Operator to join our Global Legal Data team. As a Data Entry Operator, you will play a key role in processing documents and integrating them into our database.

Our ideal candidate has essential data entry skills with an eye for detail and familiarity with text processing.

Due to the nature of the role, this position is based in Paris and requires your presence at our office 4 to 5 days a week.

🙌 The Team

You will have the opportunity to collaborate with engineers, product managers, and lawyers to ensure the quality of Jus Mundi’s database. You will report to our Director of Legal Content, who is in charge of overseeing the creation and management of all content on Jus Mundi.

⚡Your missions:

• Perform high-volume data entry using text processing, spreadsheets, databases, or other computer softwares (i.e. Abbyy),

• Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities, and check the final output,

• Protect confidential information, comply with data integrity and security policies,

• Work on special projects as assigned,

• Apply data program techniques and procedures.

✨ Skills:

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy

• Ability to acquire and retain information from detailed rule sets

• You are detail-oriented and autonomous in your work

• You have a positive, « can-do » attitude and a desire to learn and support

• Proficient English communication skills (written and spoken)

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a plus
