Job description

Jus Mundi is looking for a Customer Care Intern based in Paris

If you love making other people’s lives easier, then this is the role for you.

You will work with the Customer Care team, helping her on multiple tasks. You will have a deep understanding of our clients’ needs & align them with product capabilities.

As our customer care intern/freelancer, you’ll be at the front-line to help us understand how we can improve all aspects of our product and service and help us build out processes to streamline and share customer insights with our Product team. Best yet, you’ll work alongside an extremely dedicated and motivated international team.

As a member of our Customer Care Team, you will:

  • Be in charge of the first contact with our clients and users, and you will support them with in-depth product knowledge to make sure that they enjoy an excellent user experience.

  • Help to communicate new features and products to our clients.

  • Assist the Head of Care in preparing for training sessions & participate in training demos to take notes for client feedback.

  • Help to achieve customer success objectives, such as customer onboarding objectives, customer health rate, etc.

A typical day on our Care team:

  • Inform and resolve customer issues via email and live chat.

  • Understand customer usage and account health to mitigate any renewal risk or product churn proactively.

  • Work closely with our Head of Care to identify and track common issues, questions, and feedback from our users.

  • Build relationships with our clients and users. The goal is to create social bonding with customers so that they feel welcome and guided.

  • Onboarding new clients - account activation and training sessions.

  • Providing meaningful feedback to the Product team to help improve our Search Engine.

  • Update our knowledge center support: FAQ and tutorial videos.


Preferred experience

About you:

  • You are based in Paris

  • You have excellent written French / English and communication skills. A third language is a strong asset.

  • You are interested in understanding international law and arbitration through the lens of computer science and cognitive technologies. Knowledge of international arbitration is an asset but not required.

  • Empathy: you strive to see the world from the perspective of your clients in order to anticipate their needs.

  • You are a motivated and hard-working individual who genuinely enjoys helping others.

  • You are known for your strong adaptability skills.

More details and duration

This internship is for 6 months, starting as soon as possible.

Possibility to growth

You must be able to deliver an internship agreement (convention de stage) from your university. We do not sponsor visas for internships.


Recruitment process
