Jow is seeking a passionate, analytical Senior Acquisition Manager to join our Growth team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing performance marketing strategies and managing key agency partners on a day-to-day basis to build and deliver against our growth business goals.
This is a full-time, in-person/hybrid role (3 days in office) based in New York, NYC.
As Senior Acquisition Manager, you’ll:
Lead PPC and Paid Social campaign strategy, optimizing performance by adjusting bidding strategies, ad copy/creative, and targeting parameters to improve conversion rates, build quality pipeline, and achieve KPIs
Effectively manage and optimize our advertising budget across Paid Search and Paid Social channels to maximize ROI and achieve set KPIs
Develop Google and Social Media strategies and plans with responsibility to execute the plans through a mix of direct “hands on keyboard” and the management of external advertising agencies
Collaborate with internal creative team and external creative agencies for consistent ad creative development driven by both qualitative and quantitative creative insights
Conduct comprehensive keyword research and analysis to optimize PPC campaigns, ensuring high-quality traffic and pipeline creation
Develop and execute A/B test plans that adhere to Direct Response testing principles. A/B testing will include landing page optimization, price/offer, creative, messaging, audience segmentation, etc.
Develop a deep understanding of our data and metrics, testing and iterating to instill analytical rigor as the basis for decision-making
Optimize attribution methodologies, model and forecast ROI, and develop testing plans to enhance campaign performance and identify growth opportunities
Recommend landing page strategies and provide consultation on landing page planning and optimizations
Confidently and clearly communicate campaign outcomes, insights, and recommendations to key stakeholders
Promote a culture of development and learning. Identifying key skill/knowledge gaps in the team and supporting training
A minimum of 5+ years of demonstrable hands-on experience, with a proven track record of scaling and optimizing both Paid Social (FB, TikTok) and Paid Search programs (Google, Bing). Experience testing into new channels (Podcast, Direct Mail, etc.) is a plus
Experience working in a consumer app environment is essential
Proven track record of managing six-figure media budgets to revenue goals and efficiency metrics.
Deep hands-on-keyboard experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads
You have deep expertise in Google Analytics, CRO, and A/B Testing
Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills are essential. Must have ability to interpret and organize data and identify actionable insights
Confident presenter and storyteller who can effectively convey POVs, results, and strategies to internal teams and stakeholders
Experience and enthusiasm for collaboration with cross-functional teams and forming successful relationships with stakeholders throughout the company
A constant learner, with strong knowledge of the media landscape, online advertising industry trends and applying best practices
Strategic thinker as well as an agile executor who is able to pivot quickly
Ability to manage external agencies and vendors to drive best-in-class execution
A self-starter who is excited to be part of an international team and is comfortable working cross-culturally

Jow intends to offer competitive base pay within the stated range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, skills, and qualifications. To further compensate and recognize our employees for their work, our total compensation package includes equity and a robust benefits package.
The anticipated annual base salary range for this role is $100,000 - $130,000.
