The CEO Office is our high-performing firefighting team! This small A-team works directly with the CoS and with Founders on answering critical team needs that are pivotal to Joko’s evolution.
By being exposed to the heart of the business, tackling complex challenges and driving strategic decisions, the CEO Office offers a unique opportunity to develop a wide range of skills, from strategic thinking and problem-solving to project management and operational mastering. You’ll be empowered to take ownership of projects, integrate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the company’s growth with a high proximity to all 3 Founders.
You’ll be the ultimate problem-solver, and a versatile asset across the entire company. From strategic initiatives to operational challenges, you’ll be involved in a wide range of high-impact projects in a fast-scaling environment such as:
Team support: You will immerse yourself in different teams in need for short to medium periods of time, tackling high-priority projects and providing company-wide guidance. Along those projects, you will identify challenges, design solutions, and autonomously drive results with the specific ability to adapt fast to these team’s dynamics and needs.
Team dynamics: You will foster a positive and collaborative team culture, monitor team dynamics and identify potential issues or shortcomings early on. You will build trust and rapport with team members, creating a safe space for open communication, and acting as a bridge between teams and the CEO Office by promoting transparency and understanding.
Team performance: You will collaborate with all teams to define and track quarterly and annual objectives, as well as support the creation of performance reviews to ensure we achieve our goals.

Preferred experience: You have 3-5y experience in Finance, Consulting or Startups.
Education: You have graduated from a top-tier business or engineering school.
Languages: Fluency in both English and French is mandatory.
Location: You are located in Paris or in Barcelona.
Energy: You thrive on connecting with people. You have excellent interpersonal skills which will allow you to create a strong bond with the teams.
Efficiency: You are fond of productivity tools and able to deliver on time on projects with many stakeholders.

Step 1 – Team interview (45 min): Conversation with two Joko team members (could include the Hiring Manager, people from the team you’d join, or colleagues from other teams).
Step 2 – Role-specific assessments
For non-tech roles: Take-home case study followed by a 45 min debrief. We assess both your output and how you think in real time. The exercise will be relevant to the role (e.g. analysis, strategy, or process design).
For tech roles: Live technical interviews:
