This position is Paris-Based.
Our B2B Team drives the value Joko delivers to users by growing and managing merchant partnerships across three business lines: Online, Card-Linked, and Gift Cards.
You’ll be part of the Card-Linked (CL) squad — the team behind one of Joko’s most innovative products. CLO turns everyday bank card payments into instant rewards by partnering with top-tier retailers across fashion, home, food, beauty, and more.
Led by Nicolas, our CRO, we are a vibrant team full of energy! We work in tight collaboration with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Data teams to create high-impact, data-driven offers. We are a small but unstoppable squad that manages millions of euros in contracts thanks to our outstanding team members and a deep sense of camaraderie. We don’t take ourselves too seriously and make sure that the journey is a blast!
As a Business Associate Intern, you will have a front-row seat to how Joko grows strategic B2B partnerships with leading retail brands. You’ll take full ownership of a portfolio of partners, with a clear objective: driving revenue growth. This is a high-impact role at the crossroads of business strategy, sales and data — perfect for someone who thrives on autonomy and wants to make a real difference.
Your responsibilities:
Sales
Create a strong and direct relationship with the clients you are in charge of. You will lead client day-to-day relationships, secure regular touch-points, and drive & measure client satisfaction.
Monitor campaign performance and deliver insights to increase Joko’s turnover by upselling and cross-selling your partners.
Data
Analyze customer data (e.g. banking, geolocation, and browsing) to identify behavioral trends and value opportunities.
Build a clear vision of the trends in your clients’ markets thanks to payment data-based analyses. You’ll use this knowledge to perfectly tailor proposed offers and communications.
Business strategy
Design and improve processes to scale campaign launches and partner success.
Work cross-functionally with Product, and Data to improve the whole Joko experience.
Contribute to strategic projects, from user segmentation to incrementality studies.
By the end of your internship, you will have touched all key levers of a fast-scaling B2B business — and if it’s a match, you’ll be offered a full-time role (CDI) to keep growing with us!
