Your mission:

As Marketing Intern EMEA you will responsible for helping to implement the strategic vision of Jellysmack’s brand positioning across all internal and external-facing materials, as well as helping to execute all aspects of the marketing plan including event marketing, experiential campaigns, creator gifting, building presentations, reporting and public relations efforts.

The ideal candidate must show strong organizational skills and great attention to detail. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic candidate with high operational know-how and an entrepreneurial itch to make an impact in a growing organization.

You will report into the Marketing Director EMEA and be a direct member of the Jellysmack EMEA Creator Partnership Team. You’ll be tasked with building strong relationships across the company to see your marketing programs through to completion. You will play a key role in identifying and managing external agencies for local copywriting, translation, production, and other services that may be needed to bring the marketing campaigns to life.

Main tasks:

  • Support the team in the development and execution of all brand and company marketing events including co-activations with key players of the Creator Economy, key account experiences, conferences, panels, and hosted meetups.
  • Assist in the implementation of all sponsorship and media campaigns by ensuring all marketing assets (images, logos, photos, copy, credits, taglines, ad units, videos, etc.) are developed and provided to partners in a timely manner to meet campaign deadlines.
  • Support the marketing team in communicating details about all planned initiatives to cross-functional teams for visibility and ensure that marketing news is disseminated to employees, partners, and across social media where applicable.
  • Support the implementation of our merch inventory and gifting program to recognize creators for accomplishing key growth objectives - helping to select gift ideas, assisting in the management of gift inventory/production, and coordinating all aspects of gift fulfillment, delivery and replenishment.
  • Support cross-functional teams and human resources in the sourcing of and management of all promotional giveaways, merch and other branded-items.
  • Produce clipping decks / recaps with screenshots of all marketing programs and results.
  • Coordinate the creation and translation of all marketing materials internally (decks, videos…) ensuring all materials are designed, approved, updated and produced in a timely manner.
  • Create and manage the company’s marketing calendar that tracks all planned initiatives, key creator milestones, events/holidays, sponsorships and PR initiatives.

  • Must speak and write in English and French fluently (Spanish would be a plus)

  • Proficient with Google Suite Workspace: Google Sheets, Slides, Docs, Forms
  • A self-starter with the ability to prioritize their work, identify problems, develop solutions, and share information with relevant partners in order to bring about timely resolution
  • Able to cope with changes to projects or timelines

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or Communication
  • Preferably an experience in a marketing/media/technology/entertainment role
  • Experience in navigating cross-functional relationships within and outside an organization.
  • A passion for video content, creators, entertainment, and technology
