Job description

In a context where cybersecurity challenges are critical, we are looking for a UX/UI Designer to craft interfaces that are intuitive, streamlined, and secure. You will play a key role in shaping our products by transforming technical issues into clear, coherent, and engaging user experiences - for both expert and non-technical users.

You will be the design lead for our products: it will be up to you to structure, create, test, and advocate for the user experience in a rich technical environment, working with diverse profiles such as developers, security experts, and sales teams.

Key responsibilities:

  • Design simple, efficient, and secure user experiences while establishing a clear visual identity.

  • Investigate user needs through interviews, testing, benchmarking, and UX audits to guide the design process with concrete data.

  • Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and UI mockups, taking into account technical and security constraints.

  • Collaborate closely with product, development, and security teams to ensure alignment between technical requirements and user experience.

  • Actively contribute to the design system, helping to structure and evolve it.

  • Ensure the quality of interfaces in terms of accessibility, performance, and responsive design.

  • Analyze usage data through analytics tools to iterate and continuously improve the experience.

Preferred experience

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in UX/UI design, ideally in technical or regulated environments (SaaS, cybersecurity, finance, etc.).

  • You are autonomous, proactive, and able to independently carry the design vision of the company.

  • You are fluent in English, both written and spoken - it’s used daily.

  • You take initiative, propose concrete solutions, and can structure a long-term design approach.

  • You are comfortable collaborating with diverse stakeholders: developers, security experts, salespeople, product managers, etc.

  • You are proficient with design tools such as Figma.

  • You can analyze and simplify complex information to create clear and accessible interfaces.

  • You have a solid understanding of cybersecurity challenges, or a strong desire to quickly build expertise in this area.

  • You take a rigorous approach, mindful of security, compliance, and accessibility constraints (WCAG).

  • You can explain and justify your design choices clearly, even to non-design audiences.

We encourage you to optionally include your portfolio with your application.

Recruitment process

The hiring process will include the following steps:

  • First interview (remote) - A video call with Claire (Chief Product Officer)

  • Use case - A practical exercise to assess your technical skills, followed by a 30-minute debrief session with Claire and Clélia (UX Designer)

  • Final round (onsite) in our offices, where you’ll meet Sophie (Chief People & Legal Officer), Valérie (CEO), and the rest of the team!
