The application delivers connected services to over 100 factories, helping them to engage into a digital continuous improvement of their performance, maintenance, and quality processes. We also provide cutting-edge technologies to equipment manufacturers to create a continuous relationship with their customers, fueled by their machines’ data.
Based in Boulogne-Billancourt, InUse supports manufacturers in various industries: food & beverage, renewable energies as well as equipment & machine manufacturers such as Shem (Engie), Pellenc ST, ALPMA, Hellenic Dairies etc.
Your mission 👇
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will put into practice its prospecting skills to help InUse in generating new business opportunities across Europe (special focus on Germany) and US in close collaboration with our sales and marketing team.
For this 6 months internship, the selected applicant will be based in our HQ in Boulogne-Billancourt and will report directly to Axel, Sales Director.
Recruitment as International Sales after internship period is possible.
What you’ll do ✏️
As part of this challenge, you will assume different roles :
- Follow-up on inbound leads and provide appropriate information to foster lead relationships,
- Maintain detailed documentation and analysis of leads in Hubspot (CRM),
- Act as a subject matter expert on the InUse apps,
- Research target leads and create analysis of the prospect before handing them off to the sales team,
- Educate leads on the InUse app and nurture them until they are qualified and ready to talk with the sales team,
- Qualify and engage sales leads, supplying leads with adequate information about the InUse app and providing the sales team with detailed information about the lead,
- Schedule appointments, demos and introduce leads to their new point of contact within the InUse team,
- Call and email prospects each day.
Additional missions will potentially be added, according to previous experiences and profile.
Preferred experience
About you 💪
- Master’s degree candidate in sales, marketing, market research, consulting, business development, or client success.
- Proven track record for articulating a product/service and building rapport with prospects
- Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, presentation and on social media
- Ability to pinpoint customer pain points and accurately assess the transactional value for both the company and customer.
- Self-motivated, tenacious, confident, independent, and strong attention to detail.
- Schedule appointments, demos and introduce leads to their new sales executive.
- Manufacturing enthusiast with a strong willingness to deep dive in the manufacturing industry and Industry 4.0 technologies
- Fluent English & German, another European language is a plus
