Do you want to drive lead generation together with your small team across the Central European region?
Yes?! Then our new Marketing Manager Lead Generation - Italian & English role based in Milan is for you!
You will become an integral member of the Central Europe Marketing team, supporting our lead generation and brand awareness agenda.
You team and you will be working on:
- Implementing lead generation activities across a broad range of on- and offline marketing channels (SEO, SEA, SEM, Email, Display, webinars, events, congresses);
- Co-creating multi-channel marketing campaigns for Italy, Switzerland, Germany & Austria, from the design through to execution and reporting;
- Ensuring lead conversion and managing the regional database to ensure data integrity, hygiene and GDPR compliance. Regular reviews will seek to maximise engagement rates and minimise unsubscribes;
- Managing all current and future digital marketing tools in line with the needs of the business (e.g. LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Drift (chatbot), Google AdWords, ZoomInfo);
- Driving sales and marketing alignment through automation tools, collaboration on campaigns and projects.
- Managing online and offline events in Italy
Extensive experience executing marketing plans to generate leads including digital marketing as well as event management, preferably in a B2B environment
First experience in managing a team
Proven experience in digital advertising and analytics
Experience of working closely with sales teams
Experience working with marketing automation systems and a CRM to capture, track and report on leads
An ability to draw conclusions from data and make recommendations on maximising campaign ROI
Fluency in Italian and English. French and German would be a plus
