Job Description

To support the Information Risk Management Team with the management of OneTrust inventory records, assessments, and general administrative tasks, as well as the maintenance of the vendor portfolio in the RiskRecon platform.

Key Responsibilities

•User administration: setting up new users, assigning correct roles and deactivating accounts
•Creating ad-hoc and regular reports and dashboards
•Creating ad-hoc assessment templates for post-incident vendor outreach
•Triaging and processing request tickets from International SOS stakeholder
•Assisting with managing workflow automation, assessment & risk rules, management of the risk library and any related analytics and reporting
•Monitoring RiskRecon alerts and action plans, following up with vendors where required, and ensuring data quality and synchronicity between the OneTrust vendor inventory and RiskRecon portfolio.

 


Preferred experience

Qualification

•Degree Level Qualification in a relevant field (risk management, information security, technology)
•Completion of relevant OneTrust and RiskRecon training program
•Ability to work autonomously, using own initiative
•Good understanding of information risk and controls
•Prior experience of working in a team and managing a variety of tasks
