The position

Job description

Context

To expand our teams, we are looking for a Lead Frontend Developer wishing to be a major actor in the development of our applications. We are working to build the best customer engagement products and solutions!

Missions

  • Manage and execute the new developments of the features on the frontend side (Vue.js) and possibly some on the back-end side (Node.js).

  • Maintain, optimize and refactor the code.

  • Work in close collaboration with the UI/UX Team.

  • Guarantee of the quality of the code, the architectures chosen and act as the technical referent within our product squads: Conduct code reviews, manage merge requests, lead pair-programming sessions, contribute to our hiring efforts.

How we work

Driven by the Agile Scrum method, we are organized in squads of 6-8 people featuring a Product Owner, a Lead Developer (acting as Scrum Master), Frontend & Backend Developers and QA Engineers. Our DevOps Engineers and UI/UX Designers are working transversally for all squads.

Preferred experience

Required

  • Bachelor or Master’s Degree.

  • Former developer (at least 5-6 years) and now tech lead or technical referent in a similar context.

  • Strong experience in frontend development: Vue.js, JavaScript (ES7), Web Component.

  • High sensitivity for open-source UI/UX Design.

  • Good use of CI/CD, GIT (GITFlow), SSR.

  • Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Nice to have

  • Fluent French.
