The position

Job description

1. RESPONSIBILITIES :

As Account & Partnership Manager, you would coordinate and support local partners in the roll-out of INCO´s flagship project ensuring its positive outcomes (80% capacity).

  • Coordinate and monitor local marketing and communications activities driven by INCO and initiated by the implementing partners, following internal and funder´s guidelines.

  • Support or lead the design and facilitate the online and offline events increasing program´s visibility in Spain and Europe-wide as per Work in Tech roadmap and funderñs guidelines.

  • Project management from local roadmap development to execution and full implementation via local partners in Spain.

  • Guide and support partner organisations with know-how and capacity building activities to ensure meeting KPIs (75% completion of the online courses, 50% job placement of program´s graduates).

  • Liaise between local implementing partners and internal and external stakeholders to address ongoing operational issues (INCO teams, e-learning platform, program funder).

  • Proactively monitor and manage risks likely to affect program performance on the Spanish market and Europe-wide.

  • Monitor impact driven by the local organisations, working closely with INCO impact measurement team and in line with funder´s requirements and schedule.

  • Proactively identify and develop partnerships with companies and coding schools in Spain to contribute to the employability of beneficiaries and to support implementing partners in Spain in effective placement activities.

  • You will work in close collaboration with 6-person program team and aligning with with multiple cross-functional INCO teams and external stakeholders.

2. GROWTH:

Boost INCO’s expansion in Spain (20% capacity).

  • Supporting efforts in identifying market gaps and areas where INCO could bring value to the Spanish ecosystem;

  • Supporting efforts in designing commercial proposals aimed at potential funders, with the objective of launching new programs and initiatives in Spain.


Preferred experience

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Fluent in Spanish and English (C1 minimum).

  • Effective professional communication skills and ability to present to the funder audience (C-level ) and at public events.

  • At least 4 years’ experience in project management, business development and partnerships development.

  • At least 2 years’ experience in corporate stakeholder management.

  • Ability to work remotely and collaborate and report in a regular and transparent manner.

  • Entrepreneurial spirit balanced with the ability to recognize and prioritise group´s goals.

  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and to navigate dependencies while getting things done.

  • Solid documenting skills and high attention to detail.

  • Negotiations skills.

  • Ability to influence and inspire others.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Good knowledge of digital skills development and employment landscape in Spain.

  • Strong network with the local non-profits, employers and institutions.

  • Ability to work remotely and collaborate and report in a regular and transparent manner.

  • Solid command of collaborative tools (Google Suite, Slack, etc.).

  • Portuguese language skills.
