For our new offices in Warsaw we are looking to hire an Office Manager to support team members with their needs as well as maintaining the office space.
You will also be in close contact with the French parent company for corporate matters.
Our teams are made up of a mix of young diverse individuals with an enterprising and cooperative mindset that welcomes people from many cultures, backgrounds and ages for our workforce. On the daily we use agile management tools to work closely together even over great distances.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Cultivating and fostering a positive and productive culture in the office and providing a warm welcome to employees, candidates, visitors and guests.
- Managing onboarding new employees (in close collaboration with our Office Manager in Paris): greeting new employees on their first day, setting up the training area for new hire orientation, and supportting the Employee Experience section of onboarding
- Running and maintaining a safe office environment through hiring and managing relationships with external partners (electricity, water, heating, cleaning service, coffee machines and office suppliers).
- Managing the overall day-to-day operations of the office and keep corporate offices up to date about the local office’s activities.
- Supporting admin duties (invoices, payments, payroll etc)
- Managing office equipment and communication with vendors.
- Organize office events and communication for office staff.
