Job description

As our founding Product Manager (PM) you will own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle— from vision to launch and continuous improvement — ensuring the Training Center becomes the go‑to platform for enterprise leadership development. What You’ll Do

  • Contribute to product vision & strategy in close partnership with the CEO, balancing learner impact, commercial viability, and technical feasibility.

  • Turn insights into roadmaps — synthesize market research, user interviews, and competitive analysis into a clear, time‑boxed roadmap.

  • Translate concepts into shipping features — write crisp PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.

  • Lead cross‑functional squads of engineers, AI researchers, cognitive scientists and UX designer to foster a culture of rapid experimentation in close partnership with the GoToMarket team.

  • Drive execution under pressure — manage sprints, unblock teams, and make data‑driven trade‑offs to deliver on aggressive timelines.

  • Measure what matters — define and track KPIs for learner engagement, skill uplift, and revenue growth; iterate based on evidence.

  • Champion the voice of the customer with enterprise clients and internal stakeholders, turning feedback into competitive advantage.

Preferred experience

  • 2–5 years of product management in a B2B SaaS environment or 2–5 years in management/technology consulting delivering AI‑powered solutions.

  • You like to work in a demanding environement where you will lead by example.

  • Demonstrated passion for AI & cognitive science—you stay current with LLMs, adaptive learning, and human‑centered design.

  • Obsessed with quality and continuous improvement.

  • Experience (hands‑on or adjacent) in EdTech, L&D, or corporate training is a strong plus.

  • Proven success launching products in fast‑moving, competitive markets and under tight deadlines.

  • Fluent in agile methodologies, backlog management, and analytics tools (e.g., Jira, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Tableau).

  • User‑centric storyteller with outstanding communication skills in English; additional European language(s) a plus.

  • Comfortable with ambiguity, biased toward action, and energized by green‑field challenges.
