Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to lead interoperability and EHR integration projects for our U.S. hospital partners.
In this role, you will coordinate with clients, EHR vendors, and internal technical teams to ensure seamless data exchange between Implicity and hospital systems.
This is a hands-on leadership role that blends technical expertise, project management, and cross-functional coordination.

🧠 Your missions
Project Management
- Lead discovery, design, and deployment of EHR integration interfaces for hospital clients.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.
- Facilitate functional and workflow discovery sessions with clinical and technical teams.
Technical & Data Integration
- Define and validate technical specifications with EHR vendors and internal development teams.
- Contribute to, and maintain interfaces using NextGen Mirth Connect or similar tools.
- Ensure end-to-end data integrity, functional compliance, and alignment with HL7/FHIR standards.
- Conduct testing and troubleshooting to guarantee accurate, reliable data exchange.
Operational Support & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor existing interfaces, resolve data or configuration issues, and escalate as needed.
- Document configurations, best practices, and lessons learned to optimize future deployments.
- Contribute to RFP responses and pre-sales discussions related to EHR integrations.
- Partner with Product and Sales teams to enhance interoperability features across the platform.
At Implicity, you will have a weekly meeting with your manager, to help you succeed in your mission, and continuously improve your skills.
Each team works with quarterly OKR, to be crystal clear, fair and honest with your targets.

🥇 Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management, healthcare IT, or EHR integrations.
- Strong understanding of HL7 (V2/V3), FHIR, XML, JSON, and REST APIs.
- Proven experience with integration engines such as Mirth Connect.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
- Experience in MedTech, HealthTech, or other regulated industries.
- Familiarity with U.S. healthcare systems, EHR vendors, and interoperability standards.
- Basic scripting or development experience (e.g., JavaScript, Python) a plus.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $150,000–$200,000 USD (depending on experience)
