Joining the Customer Success team, reporting to the Head of CS, your mission is to provide administrative support to our customers on the billing aspects, in France.
You manage timely and accurately all billing activities (invoices, credit memo, adjustments) and payment processes
You will be responsible to the monthly billing of our customers for remote monitoring CIED
You are the complete owner of the entire billing cycle of our customers in France : from billing patients to handling rejects from french authorities
You generate invoices on our automated platform and send them to health insurance funds
You work closely with medical and billing departments of our customers (public hospital and private clinics) to help them bill their patients through a billing system
You ensure payments are received and collaborate with health insurance funds to keep a 0% rejection rate
You are in charge of Administration & reporting tools
You collaborate closely with the rest of the Customer Success team
You achieve a high-level of customer satisfaction with the objective to keep our fantastic 0% client churn performance

You’re completing a master’s degree in Life Sciences
Ideally completed with a degree in business administration / entrepreneurship / strategy
OR you’re completing a master’s degree in Business / Economics (Business School, Sciences Po, …) with a demonstrated interest and/or previous experience in healthcare
