💡 The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer to join our tech team and help us scale our platform and tackle some of our most exciting technical challenges.

You’ll be a core member of the engineering team, working closely with the CTO, Product, and Design — and contributing directly to the success of our product roadmap and tech vision.

This is a key role as we move from startup to scale-up. You’ll have significant autonomy, ownership, and the opportunity to grow with us.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Build and ship robust, scalable features across the full stack (React, NestJS, PostgreSQL)

• Collaborate closely with product, design, and business teams to solve real user problems

• Contribute to technical architecture, performance, and code quality standards

• Help us scale our codebase, systems, and dev practices as our platform and team grow

• Own and maintain end-to-end features — from conception to production monitoring

• Bring engineering best practices to everything you touch — from testing to CI/CD

• Contribute to shaping the culture and processes of a growing tech team

👀 What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience as a fullstack or backend-heavy developer

• Strong experience with TypeScript, Node.js/NestJS, and modern React

• You’re comfortable building scalable APIs, managing state, and working with relational databases

• You have experience working in product-driven environments, collaborating cross-functionally

• You take ownership of your work and care about craft, performance, and user impact

• You’re a fast learner, and thrive in fast-moving, low-ego environments

• You’re proactive, communicative, and reliable — someone we can count on

Bonus points for:

• Experience in B2B SaaS or platform-based architectures

• Familiarity with authentication, databases, or cloud-based infrastructures

• Interest in tech for good, sustainability, or circular economy models
