iBanFirst is accelerating its development and is looking for a People Operations Specialist to reinforce the HR team. This position will be based in Dusseldorf with some occasional travel to our Belgium and Dutch offices.

**Please note this is a full-time employee role and not open to freelancers**

What you will do

  • Coordinate the global payroll processes and execute payroll for various offices (BE/NL/GE) under the supervision of the HR Business Partner-
  • Manage the relationship with our external payroll provider and all our benefits brokers (health Insurance, lunch vouchers, Lease car)
  • Coordinate and manage the training plan (BE/NL/GE) and manage the federal learning account in BE
  • Benefits benchmarking across our markets
  • Manage our HRIS Tooling
  • Planning and coordinating administrative processes, tools, and analytics
  • Monitor, maintain and update HR dashboards through our HRIS
  • Offer strategic input and administrative support to enhance team effectiveness
  • Contract management (onboarding, amendments)
  • Ensure compliance with the local labor regulations
  • Provide admin support for the HR team (HRBPs and Talent Acquisition)

What do you bring?

  • You have a strong experience in HR/Operations (at least 3+ years)
  • You have a good knowledge of the Benelux & German payroll and labor law.
  • Holding a certification as a Prevention Advisor Level 3 in Belgium is an advantage
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English, Dutch and German (French is a plus).
  • Proven experience in HRIS Tooling, particularly with Bamboo, Leapsome or similar HR software solutions.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • A deep understanding of HR processes and best practices.
  • Positive work attitude with a global mindset.
