What’s the opportunity?

Reporting to our CPO, you will drive go-to-market strategies for iAdvize B2B software offerings, develop product portfolio positioning and global demonstrability, and contribute to the strengthening of our value proposition & awareness on our EMEA and US markets.

 

This is an exciting opportunity to impact the PMM function within iAdvize and shape the ways in which iAdvize brings new product innovations to customers.

 

In this highly cross-functional role, you will collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders from our European and US offices (Product, Sales, Marketing, Sales enablement, Customer Success…) to drive awareness & adoption of our products & solutions and contribute to client-facing teams enablement.

 

What will be my mission?

  • Increase our understanding of the market, which includes knowing the target audience, understanding their needs and wants, having a clear point-of-view of what will catch and keep their attention, and sharing that understanding with product and sales colleagues.
  • Develop the messaging, positioning and value proposition of iAdvize’s products by understanding customer needs and uncovering key differentiators
  • Define and execute product Go-to-Market strategy for a range of iAdvize products, aligning with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, sales, CS…) to achieve smooth and impactful product launches
    • Articulate positioning and define packaging/pricing for new products
    • Coordinate product go-to-market actions before and after launch
    • Help identify, develop, and evangelize customer stories, working together with marketing and account teams
    • Follow-up GTM performance to nurture strategy
  • Increase sales enablement about iAdvize offering by producing customer-facing collaterals, developing competitive awareness, value & positioning justification and contributing to sales & CS enablement through impactful narratives & value proposition
  • Manage and Improve Products demonstration portfolio
    • Ensure our client-facing teams get effective tools and content to demonstrate iAdvize platform products (demo environments, demo scripts, videos…) by teaming up with Product team
    • Create demonstration use cases / scripts for major products while ensuring perfect alignment with positioning and buyer personas
    • Document and share these capacities with client-facing teams

Preferred experience

  • 2+ years of B2B SAAS product marketing experience — You have proven experience translating software product capabilities into differentiating storytelling and business value, ideally in customer experience space
  • Strategic thinking with operational pragmatism — You are able to understand and contribute to the evolution of business/product strategy, while being pragmatic and passionate for operational challenges
  • Robust analytical skills — You are used to analyzing data / facts, in order to turn it into sharable insights
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and spoken, knowing how to transform complex insights into compelling & actionable stories
  • Experience in building trusted and efficient relationships with Sales, Marketing and Product management teams to impact go-to-market practice
  • Solid project management skills, knowing how to lead cross-functional work streams
