The position

Job description

Participate in the major transformations of the industry by joining the team of consultants of IAC Partners. The challenges (innovation, competitiveness, energy transition, digital…) of our clients are numerous and we have been successfully supporting them for 40 years. You will be part of a dynamic and agile structure composed of people who are passionate about the industry.
You will participate in large-scale projects with a direct impact on our clients’ performance.

In total immersion within the team, you will contribute to missions such as:

  • The development of the eco-design strategy of a leader in Medtech
  • Managing a competitiveness project for an international player in the energy sector
  • Definition of the Hydrogen strategy for a leader in the Aviation industry
  • Leading the transformation plan of a major player in rail mobility
  • The design of a new innovative product offer in the Naval Industry
  • Participation in internal research projects on new disruptive approaches to modular design, Time-to-Market acceleration, Artificial Intelligence and their implementation on concrete cases
  • Development of technical and financial proposals for customers

Preferred experience

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field or equivalent
  • Minimum of 4 years of consulting experience
  • Proven delivery experience in a consulting environment
  • Project scoping, estimating and planning experience
  • Experience supporting the sales process, including but not limited to responding to Requests for Proposals, presenting at Orals, and contributing to the creation of Statements of Work
  • Able to travel 30-50%

Preferred

  • Advanced degree
  • Experience collaborating and developing client relationships in a consulting environment, developing new opportunities with clients, and identifying engagement follow-on opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Expertise in one or more specific spaces is a plus (aerospace, renewable energy datacenters, medical devices…)
  • Excellent interpersonal and networking skills; along with strong communication skills both verbal and written
