This role is critical to the successful implementation of new accounts: you will engage early with customers post-sale, deeply understand their goals and processes, and design tailored solutions that go beyond traditional billing — leveraging Hyperline’s full capabilities in pricing, revenue operations, automation, and integrations.
We’re looking for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, product expertise, and business acumen, and who can work hand-in-hand with sales, product, and engineering to make every onboarding a success.
You will also participate in pre-sales discussion to support our sales team in evaluating the needs and feasibility of use cases raised by prospects during the sales cycle.
We don’t care much about your age or your academic background, and believe that attitude matters more than experience. With that being said, we’re looking for people who:
Are high agency by nature, at ease working in a fast-paced environment
Are technically-inclined (can manipulate APIs, create low/no-code automations, etc.)
Have excellent oral & written communication skills
Are fluent both in French and English
Are based in Paris, France (or open to relocate)
Preferred but not mandatory:
Previous experience in tech, consulting or banking
Some expertise in one ore more of the following fields:
Data & Analytics
Operations
Customer Success
Software Engineering
