Job Summary:
You’ll be part of the business team, working directly with our co-founder and CBO Thomas Laporte, as well as with our co-founder and CEO Martin Bocken and collaborate with the Operation team. You’ll get a 360° responsibility on all the aspects of the business development in your targets (sales, prospection, marketing and communication). You will have strong impact on the company as it grows and on the business strategy.
The Mission:
You will have to:
Understand: directly contact and discuss with prospects all around the world, with a first focus on western Europe before expansion, to qualify their needs and fit with HyLight;
Improve: enhance business software and accelerate sales by implementing automation and AI in the sales process to make it better for all future members of the sales team; develop a dashboard to automatically follow prospection and sales data;
Grow: increase revenue.

Profile Sought:
Experience:
Strong experience in SDR: with proven capacity to identify and qualify opportunities;
Strong experience in account management: with proven track record in large B2B sales (ACV from 100k€ to 2m€);
Strong experience in land-and-expand;
Experience in Hiring & Managing an international sales team.
