In search of new challenges and encounters, she launched an entrepreneurial project in event production and then continued to support the development of a start-up in the professional training sector for almost 5 years.
Wishing to give more meaning to her work, she took part in the commercial development of several firms in the field of Psychosocial Risks and Quality of Work Life Prevention in 2016, before joining Human & Work as Business Developer and then Group Development Director.
With a degree in social, work and organisational psychology, Déborah turned to HR management and began her career as a human resources manager in the organisational, project management and IS consulting sector.
Passionate about supporting people at work, she joined Human & Work to take care of talent development.

A psychologist with a degree from the University of Rennes II, a diploma from ESCP Europe, INHESJ, IHEPS, victimology and psychotraumatology, Christophe began his career as a researcher in the applied psychology laboratory of the French Navy.
Then, he worked in a consulting firm and with Seita-Altadis, both in France and internationally, and then in the insurance and provident institutions sector.
Today, at Stimulus, he is in charge of projects with a strong human impact and the implementation of occupational health policies and the control of human and social risks. He is also in charge of a psychology consultation specialising in neuropsychology and is a legal expert for the Versailles Court of Appeal.
A graduate of the Paris School of Practical Psychologists, Rose began her career as a clinical psychologist by putting her skills at the service of people in difficulty within the Pompidou Foundation, then as recruitment manager at Pro Senior - Sceaux. She then joined the Volunteer Military Service Center (2nd RSMV) in Bretigny-sur-Orge, where she provided support to recruits through individual interviews and group workshops.
Specialised in trauma and stress counselling, she is now working for Stimulus. Driven by the diversity of the assignments she is entrusted with and a multidisciplinary environment, she particularly appreciates, as a health professional, seeing the impact of her daily work on the employees she supports.
Cheerful and at ease in front of the camera, Rose also regularly conveys the firm's expertise to the media, thus relaying a recognised expertise to French companies.
Dimitri started his career in the advertising and media sector, managing international advertising budgets for a major banking group and then taking over the General Management of leading communication agencies.
In 2016, with a wealth of management experience behind him, he decided to combine his entrepreneurial drive with what makes the most sense to him, namely human support and talent development. He thus trained in coaching at HEC, before creating his Coaching & Leadership firm.
In 2019, he joined NEXMOVE as a Senior Executive Coach. He intervenes in Executive Coaching and Executive Career Coaching.
