• At least 6 years of professional experience, building and leading operations teams in scale-ups. Having worked in the digital recruitment space in a plus. 

• Proven track record in defining and implementing processes to scale operations

• We’re looking for talents with inherent managerial abilities, including those who have yet to formally manage a team but possess the potential and skills for effective leadership.

• A keen understanding or experience in data-driven decision making is advantageous, as we value analytical approaches in our operations
