We’re looking for a strategic, agile and enthusiastic People & Culture director to lead the People & Culture department, and create a culture where people thrive and meet their goals. You will oversee all our People & Culture operations: recruitment, compensation, organisational design, development, culture. You are in charge of attracting the best talents, retaining them and making sure we have the right organisation to hit our goals.
You will develop and execute the People & Culture strategy, and work with managers to help them and their team grow.
We are looking for a leader to build a great People & Culture practice and make Horace a great place to work.
You will report directly to the CEO. You will be part of the leadership team. You will be a coach, a leader, a culture carrier and a collaborator, part of one of most exciting brands in the men’s beauty category.
Objectives
- Develop employees engagement by supporting the culture, building the right compensation programs, and empowering managers
- Grow revenue per employee by designing the right organisational structure, and helping each employee work at their best.
- Reduce 360-day quit rate by making Horace a great employer brand, helping the Talent acquisition manager and hiring managers through the recruiting and onboarding process.
- Reduce unwanted turnover by empowering managers, developing people, nurturing the culture and working on compensation
- Develop internal promotion by identifying A players, developing them, designing the organisational chart
Tasks
- Oversee all our People & Culture policies and operations for both our HQ and our retail stores, in France and abroad, from recruitment and compensation to development and organisational design.
- Develop and lead the implementation of our People & Culture strategy to help managers and employees achieve their best work
- Plan needs and design the right organisation to support Horace growth across markets and channels
- Lead all People & Culture operations across markets and channels (Talent acquisition, Development, Training, Performance management, Compensation, Employee relations
- Set goals and key resultats for your team, as well as coach, develop and manage it
- Work with managers and employees to support them, their team to make sure they feel good, work great and that the culture is preserved.
- Lead and oversee execution of any current and new People & Culture initiatives: Employer brand, Managers community, Inclusivity initiatives, Legal
- Create and implement a reporting of the KPIs
- Play an active role as a leader in the Horace leadership team
