We are looking for a Salesforce Product Strategist to act as the bridge between our commercial ambitions and our technical ecosystem. In this role, you are not a system administrator; you are a Business Architect. Your goal is to design the most efficient sales journeys and ensure that Salesforce is a strategic asset, not a constraint. You will define "what" needs to be built and "why," while overseeing the "how" through internal developers.
Key responsibilities ✨
1. Business Architecture & Strategy (40%)Process Design: Analyze the end-to-end sales cycle for our 5 segments (SDR, Enterprise, SMB, etc.) to identify bottlenecks and design optimized workflows.Roadmap Prioritization: Collect and challenge requirements from Field Sales Ops. You own the global Salesforce roadmap and decide which projects will deliver the most ROI for Malt.Solution Design: Translate complex business needs (for instance contracts management, lead generation system) into high-level functional specifications. You define the "blueprints" that technical teams will execute.2. AI Innovation & Sales Productivity (30%)AI Transformation: Act as a scout for AI trends. You identify where AI (Predictive, Generative, Agents) can remove friction in the sales process as well as for the Sales Operations Team.Pilot Projects: Design and lead "Proof of Concepts" for AI-augmented sales features (for instance predictive lead scoring), measuring their impact on sales velocity and conversion.Vendor Management: Evaluate and manage third-party AI tools or Salesforce plugins that can accelerate our productivity.3. Change Management & Adoption (30%)The "Voice of the User": Ensure that every feature built is actually useful. You are responsible for the feedback loop between the field and the central team.Salesforce Enablement Strategy & Adoption: Define the training and communication strategy for new releases. You ensure the 4 Field Sales Ops have the right materials to drive adoption in their teams. You are accountable for the adoption.Governance & Data Strategy: Define the rules of the game (data entry standards, ownership rules) to ensure Salesforce remains a clean and reliable source of truth.About You 🧑🚀
Background: 5+ years in Management Consulting, Business Analysis, or Sales Strategy. You have a deep understanding of how a B2B/Marketplace Sales machine works.Strategic Thinker: You have a "Product" mindset. You think in terms of scalability, user experience, and business value.Salesforce Literacy: You know what Salesforce can do (its capabilities and limits), but you prefer designing the solution rather than configuring it yourself. Technical Expertise in Salesforce Flow, App Builder etc… is a plus.AI Enthusiast: You have a proven interest in generative AI and automation. Technical Expertise in AI & automation tools (N8N, Make, Clay…) is a plus.Analytical Mindset: You are comfortable with data and KPIs. You know how to measure the success of a process improvement. You understand that "garbage in equals garbage out." You are obsessed with data quality and its impact on business reporting.Stakeholder Management: You are excellent at navigating complex organizations. You can challenge a Managing Director and align multiple stakeholders with conflicting priorities.Language: Fluent in English (French is a plus). How to join the mission? 🚀
