💡Context

As a Product Manager, you will join the Product team, and will have the opportunity to coordinate the entire product evolution lifecycle: risk assessment, technical feasibility, identification, and monitoring of implementation in collaboration with all internal stakeholders. 

👉Your future missions

• Acquire in-depth knowledge of the products and customer experience, identify and address gaps, and generate new ideas to increase market share, enhance customer experience, and drive growth.

• Develop the product roadmap by integrating customer, market, and technical requirements, translating the product strategy into detailed specifications and prototypes based on the impact on the business and customers.

• Manage and structure a “squad” to ensure the rapid market launch of new features.

• Participate in the design and drafting of commercial proposals, providing technical support to the sales team when necessary.

• Deliver functional and technical presentations of the solutions offered, particularly during the launch of new versions.

• Education: Master’s degree from a top-tier business or engineering school.

• Experience: minimum of 4 years ideally in a fintech or a bank as a Product Manager.

• Familiarity with SaaS solutions for financial institutions and a deep understanding of APIs and modern technology stacks

• Languages: Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.

• Interpersonal skills: Strong ability to collaborate with diverse teams, an excellent team player.

• You thrive on challenges, have an entrepreneurial mindset, and enjoy the energy of scale-ups.

• Bonus Points: Previous experience in an international or European setting is a plus.
