The position

Job description

The EN SEA Manager will be part of the Digital Acquisition team and coordinate directly with the Head of Acquisition located in Paris, France to help define the best acquisition strategy for North America, the UK, and Oceania.
This person will help create, optimize and control the SEA campaigns and contribute to the growth of the company by driving qualified traffic to our site using Paid Search, Display, or Youtube channels (with a strong focus on Google AdWords and Bing).

The position can be located in our HQ in Paris, or in Boston.

Define, set up, and pilot our SEA strategy for our English-speaking markets (North America, the UK, and Oceania) :
  • Manage all our Google Ads, Bing Ads, (Youtube and Display campaigns) to ensure website visibility, drive qualified traffic, and convert new leads.
  • Manage budget, build media plan and reallocate budget according to opportunities and channel performances.
  • Structure our account and country campaigns to improve performance and volume of conversions
  • Ensure a best in class content strategy (Ad copies, keyword strategy, campaign structure, search term exclusions, Landing pages)
  • Explore new audience targets and keywords to support our growth
  • Develop our App strategy
Lead strategic projects :
  • Create SEA landing Pages adapted to marketing angles and target to improve on-site experience and performance
  • Test creatives, and new remarketing approaches
  • Work in collaboration with our SEO manager to build SEA/SEO synergies
  • Maintain a continuous test-and-learn approach

Preferred experience

  • 2-3 years minimum in PPC/SEA account management
  • Native English speaker
  • Strong knowledge of the US market
  • Experience with Google Ads, Google Editor, and Google Analytics
  • Highly analytical: the ability to gather, analyze, summarize, and present data
  • Detail-oriented
  • Autonomy
  • Marketing mind: ability to define marketing angles and arguments for our targets
  • Willingness to work in an international environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets (knowledge of Supermetrics and Datastudio is a plus)
