The position

Job description

The Growth Marketing Manager position at HomeExchange is a mix of marketing, data analysis, and CRM. The main focus is driving the top line of our UCAN markets (USA, CAN, AUS, NZL).

Your responsibilities include driving the email strategy and markerting campaigns across email, push, SMS, and in-app notifications, focused on growing and retaining our members. It will be imperative that you ensure all campaigns are executed with a high degree of accuracy and effectiveness. You will work closely with our Global CRM team, Business team, and Content team to exceed aggressive growth targets. The ideal candidate will have a combination of email marketing experience, analytical skills, and project management skills.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Structure CRM activities with a view of maximizing KPI improvement, ROI, and business impact
  • Actively participate in content development meetings and brainstorming sessions
  • Help build the vision and strategy of member engagement/retention marketing initiatives
  • Assist Global CRM with behavioral and transactional automatic emails and ad hoc blast campaigns
  • Manage campaign development across multiple teams (Branding, Content, Marketing, Product)
  • Translate business goals into accurate delivery requirements, including but not limited to: specifying required data, segmentation & targeting logic, and dynamic content requirements
  • Initiate and conduct in-depth data analyses and forecasting that will directly impact strategy
  • Articulate and present data analyses and learnings effectively to the team and to key stakeholders
  • Own comprehensive daily, weekly, monthly reporting of all member engagement KPIs & build the right dashboards to track and communicate performance

Preferred experience

Required profile

  • 3-5 years of experience in planning, executing, and analyzing marketing automation campaigns, with a strong focus on email marketing
  • English language native/knowledge of French a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Project management and communication skills
  • Experience working with CRM platforms (Iterable preferred)
  • Quantitative & analytical skills (Knowledge of SQL a plus)
  • Disciplined time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to anticipate needs, innovate, and flourish in a fast-paced environment
