The position

Job description

We are looking for a freelance worker to join our great Happiness Support team and help on the following actions:

  • Answer emails of English speaking members from around the world to solve their problems (difficulties on a page, cancellations, refunds, etc.)
  • Help our members find an exchange (and enjoy the best holidays of their life!)

Location: our offices, in the U.S., are based in Boston but you will be able to work remotely from anywhere in the US.


Preferred experience

  • Prior experience in customer service
  • Ability to work in an international environment
  • High level of oral and written communication
  • Enthusiastic about the idea of helping others and making them happy
  • Startup mindset, hardworking and rigorous
  • Autonomous person with an eagerness to learn
  • Experience with support/CRM tools, such as Zendesk, is a plus
  • Native English, any other language is also greatly appreciated
