🌟YOUR ROLE WILL BE :

As our company is scaling, we have more and more cross-functional projects triggered to improve the company performance (efficiency and organization, revenue, data quality,…).

Reporting to the Head of Transformation, this position aims as project manager to lead various cross-functional projects, and act as a PMO for a projects portfolio.

🌟YOUR MISSION WILL BE:

  • Manage cross-functional projects, working with stakeholders from all departments and hierarchical levels.
  • Contribute to the prioritization of the global transformation roadmap of the company.
  • Be proactive in suggesting transformation changes to include and prioritize in this roadmap.
  • Ensure the quality, cost and delivery time of a project portfolio.

    • For each project :

  • Build the project structure and governance to help the project sponsor make the right decisions (objectives, success factors, risks, streams, phases, meetings, roles and responsibilities, managing expectations…)
  • Engage the right stakeholders, and make sure they are committed to contribute to the project
  • Work with business and technical, operational and executive, so you need to adapt your communication to various audiences
  • Animate the project to maintain the right pace (steering committees, operational committees, etc.)
  • Follow-up and ensure timely completion of tasks by the different contributors. 
  • Make the sponsor aware of project risks, and ensure that remedial measures are identified and implemented
  • Report on the project completion and risks to the project community and the top management
  • Harness the full power of Asana to excel in project management
  • Track the project budget
  • Anticipate and implement the transition phase to the run activity, in order to guarantee the sustainability of project outputs.

    • 🌟YOU MIGHT BE A FIT IF YOU HAVE:

  • Master’s degree in Business or Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years experience, ideally in a top tier consulting firm or in a Tech scale-up/company
  • Proven experience in cross-functional team management, you know how to evangelize your work and lead projects to success
  • Versatile and proactive mind, able to learn fast and challenge business as usual operations
  • Result oriented, with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to risk management
  • Stunning communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization, from all departments, in a multicultural environment
  • Organized, autonomous and responsive with the ability to deliver solutions within short deadlines
  • Expertise on Asana or similar project management and productivity tool (such as Monday, Wrike…).
  • Project Management certification (PMP, IPMA, or similar) would be a plus
  • Fluent in English language, both written and oral.
  • The position is based in Europe, ideally in Paris
