The position

Job description

At Tengo, we have ambitious sales targets for the next 18 months. We’re looking for our first Sales 360°. This is a unique opportunity to join Tengo on a challenging mission and make a significant impact on the company. We are just at the beginning of the Tengo adventure 😁

You will work closely with our CEO Hugues.

Our main business challenges encompass:

  1. Closing new clients to help them win more public tenders

  2. Get ready to launch our Outbound strategy

  3. Structure our sales process (iterate on the sales play, improve CRM, routines…)

  4. Do “things that don’t scale” to support Tengo’s development (ex : explore & tests new ways to reach prospect and sales Tengo…)

As Sales 360°, you will:

  1. Hunt and qualify prospects base on leads generated

  2. Prepare and run demos

  3. Participating on the structuration of the sales process (iterate on the sales play, improve CRM, routines…)

  4. Follow up with your deals flow and keep your CRM updated

  5. Design and implement experiment to improve leads generation and sales play

  6. Participate in the daily life of an early stage startup that is focused on one thing: building an ambitious product

The ideal candidate

  • You have already closed deals, ideally in SaaS B2B with SMBs, although this is not mandatory

  • You have excellent communication, both written and verbal.

  • You are resilient; sales is challenging, especially in early stage, everything needs to be done !

  • You’re interested in the advancements in AI and wish to participate in its practical business application.

  • You’re eager to join an early stage project, contribute to a developing GTM strategy & get your hands dirty scaling it up.

  • You’re curious and enjoy exploring new areas (you might even grow to love tenders!).


Recruitment process

  1. Initial call with HR team to discuss the role (30 min)

  2. Call with Hugues, CEO, to understand your previous experiences (45 min)

  3. Use case (at home) & debrief meeting (Hugues + someone from the team - 1h)

  4. Culture fit meetings with Yoann, CTO (45 min) + meet our team (15 min)

  5. Reference checks
