As a Business Associate intern, you are joining us at an exciting time and will be directly involved in our most critical mission: ensuring the success of our first clients, fostering long-term relationships, and turning them into passionate advocates of Kiosk. Over a six-month period, you will experience two dynamic phases of our operation:

1. January to April: Join us in San Francisco! Immerse yourself with our team in the vibrant startup culture and witness firsthand the journey of YCombinator.

2. April to June: In Paris, play a significant role in shaping the company’s strategy, growth, and operations during our fundraising process.

Missions:

We aim for each of our early customers to become Kiosk ambassadors. As a Business Associate, we expect you to go above and beyond to set them up for success. This includes:

• Structuring and overseeing our client management pipeline

  • Leading new client setups

  • Structuring our lead management and nurturing approach

  • Supporting our existing clients to maximize the value they get from Kiosk

  • Collecting feedback and influencing our product roadmap in collaboration with our PM

• Influencing our GTM and communication streams to help Kiosk establish itself as a market leader

• Supporting founders in the day-to-day operations to scale and automate processes

• You are looking for an end-of-studies internship starting from January

• You have experience in a challenging environment

• You possess a strong ability and willingness to build relationships with customers

• You are autonomous, curious, and self-driven

• You have excellent business acumen and a keen interest in technology, especially in B2B SaaS and tech

• You are a team player, enjoy learning from others, and communicate with ease

• You have a natural bias towards action
