Job description

TITLE: Retail Coordinator REPORTS TO: Area ManagerGENERAL ROLEThis position is responsible for all support required by store management, including personnel-related operational duties for the sales force and data analysis, so the store team can achieve its sales objective and deliver the best service to our customers. He/she will support all activities of the retail team related to sales achievement, which involves making reports regularly for the internal organization and overall retail team daily operations as well as related administrative support.MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIESSUPPORT AND IMPLEMENT FOR STORE OPERATIONS

  • Responsible store's daily operational and administrative issues
  • Responsible for frontline staffing administration, including budget record update, maintenance, document consolidation, and system update
  • Support in preparing store budget agreement documentation incl. store manager's KPI agreement letter
  • Support in collecting documents, store opinions, and suggestions on certain topics for store organization development
  • Uniform order and follow-up for store staff
COORDINATE AND SUPPORT FOR STORE HR RELATED TASKS
  • Consolidate the sales target result and update to HR team
  • Consolidate the Monthly store roster
  • Update store staff list and update to Area Managers on a bi-monthly basis
  • Consolidate and update the store organization chart and share with the relevant team
SUPPORT SALES AND CLIENT DATA MINING AND REPORT
  • Initiate the data mining and collection to support Retail specialist and Retail Director to prepare a comprehensive analysis for business development, including market analysis and action plans
  • Responsible for raw data collection in sales, traffic from system and accumulate
  • Compile sales related data to support retail team
  • Support customer relationship management report process with initiating extraction and screening of the client data
  • Support for data analysis process to update store CRM KPI achievement rate to encourage store team in regular basis
  • To provide client data insights that can be support retail and store team, proactively participate for ad hoc report preparation
COORDINATION FOR RETAIL MANAGEMENT TEAM
  • Coordinate various meetings related to retail (e.g. Store managers meeting, Commercial meeting, New Year's meeting)
  • Manage in gathering of monthly store meal expenses and report to retail managers
  • Follow up store management team's "Representation allowance" process and update the report properly
  • Prepare Travel Request for Store's Business Travel (e.g. Buying to Paris)
  • Provide general administrative support for retail Team. (incl. arranging Retail Team meeting and updating meeting minutes)
  • General administration and record keeping of relevant files and folders and documentations with ownership of retail data & information management
OTHERS
  • Store's IT-related issue handling communication with Helpdesk (Email, Laptop, H pad, Reporting system)
  • Monthly closing for all the retail team and store-related expenses through the internal accounting system
REQUIREMENTS & CAPABILITIES
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience with understanding of retail industry
  • Ability to work independently and to adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Possess a strong caliber in communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Patient and detail-minded, with constant innovation and work dynamic
  • Fast learner and a team player
  • Positive & Mature mind and good team spirit
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT, Word)
  • Fluent in English is a must
