Job description

ContextAs a Recruitment Officer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process in your scope. In a proactive approach towards hiring managers you oversee the sourcing, interviewing and hiring processes. You will also have the opportunity to enhance Hermès' Employer Brand, by actively contributing to the region's employer branding activities.You are part of the HR team consisting of our HR Director, Compensation & Benefits Manager, Payroll Officer, Learning Manager and HR Business Partner. You will report to the HR Business Partner.Main activitiesRecruitment In this role, you will experience the whole recruitment cycle, from the intake to the offer.

  • You will support the HRBP on permanent recruitments for non-managerial retail functions:
    • Conducting briefings with hiring managers, gaining an understanding of their needs
    • Ensuring a large communication of job adverts on our career website, job boards or through our partner schools
    • Performing active sourcing (direct search, etc.) and anticipating new sourcing methods to find candidates
    • Running first interviews with selected candidates and organizing follow-ups
    • Creating shortlists to present to hiring managers
    • Reference checks
    • Developing a relationship of trust and act as an interface between candidates and hiring managers
    • Ensuring effective candidate management and excellent experience throughout the entire hiring process
    • Building talent pipelines to anticipate future hiring needs
  • You will support student recruitments (student jobs and interns) in stores and at HQ
  • Recruitment administration:
    • Keeping our HRIS up to date throughout the whole recruitment process
    • Writing internal announcements for new hires and promotions
    • Maintaining our organization charts
    • Recruitment process improvements
Employer branding
  • You will support the HRBP in targeting schools for external sourcing (partnerships, targeted actions, etc.)
  • You will support the HRBP with Academic Relations, by attending events at universities and business schools in the Benelux and Nordics countries
  • You will coordinate the organization of internal events for students (scheduling, logistics, catering, etc)
  • You will contribute to the animation of social media
HR Projects
  • You will leverage and analyze data to support the HR team to make decisions
  • You will jump in to support the team with daily tasks and management requests
Profile
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources or related
  • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment (in-house or in agency)
  • Flexible and able to organize, prioritize and perform against multiple and short deadlines
  • Open minded, easy to connect with, hands on and proactive
  • Eager to structure and optimize processes
  • Recognizing the value that diverse perspectives and cultures bring
  • Curious with good general knowledge
  • Creative with good communication skills
  • Technologically competent and proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Fluency in French and English, good command of Dutch
