Overall Mission 

As Hermès role model for the colleagues in store, you contribute to the business of the store and to the quality of service to customers by ensuring a perfectly accurate and reliable store stocks. You are constantly a strong support and partner to the sales team. 

With the team, you share the responsibility of the stock for continuous and permanent accuracy between system-based and physical stocks, in strict compliance with Group and local procedures.

 

Main Duties - Stock Operations Management and Control:

Flow management:

Process all incoming and outbound product flows,

Make sure the movements match with the system

 

Stock management

Implement an optimized organization of storage

Ensure an appropriate implementation of storage rules, develop a perfect knowledge and mastery of all stock-related processes and tools

Manage defective / shopsoiled products

 

Stock accuracy

Daily control and adjustement

Inventory: Organize annual and rotating inventories: plan these inventories, ensure their preparation and smooth running, search for items in the event of inventory discrepancies. Contribute to scanning and investigation of discrepancies. Edit a report including improvment suggestion before validation

 

Destocking

Manage the daily replenishment of all storage areas on the salesfloor

Regularly analyze stock levels, share analyses with management and sales staff, propose actions to optimize store stock levels

 

Coordination and Transversal Management

Work in constant cooperation with the store team and the different stakeholders

Contribute actively to team meetings organized by the operations Manager and during morning briefs
