Principales activités

• Follow and update the Communication budgets (Media and PR) and tracking of the expenses for all countries.
• Prepare and compile 360 Communication reports (PR, Influence and Media) post new product launch to analyze the quantitative impact of the activation.
• Build Paid Media campaigns follow-up calendar for the Region.
• Create event guidelines and other communication tools for local markets initiatives.
• Support with event production providing recommendations on event design, venues, photography, catering, and other elements as needed.
• Coordinate the logistic for PR Kit dispatch between all products and the markets.
• Provide pack shot, products and press kits to local PR teams and handle interview requests.
• Ensure influencers outreach campaign and result.
• Support in creating presentations for multiple teams when required.
• Assist with daily administrative duties.

Profil du candidat

• Year 2 / 3 of University student with major in Communications: PR or Media related disciplines
• Excellent command of written & spoken English, Mandarin or French is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Good knowledge of the Beauty and Fragrance market trends in Asia
• Self-initiated, organized, hardworking and able to handle multitasks simultaneously
• Detailed minded and able to work under pressure
• Understand diverse cultures and have strong adaptability
• A good team player with enthusiasm, flexible, presentable, proactive and willing to learn
