YOUR ROLE

  • You will manage the portfolio of Benelux retailers related to orders, deliveries and invoices, in close collaboration with customers and internal departments as Sales, Supply chain, Demand planning, Finance, etd.
  • You will ensure timely order, delivery and invoice processing including creation of replenishment orders for VMI-customers.
  • You will contribute to high service level and low complaint rate (log/admin), and increase customer satisfaction.
  • You will oversee customer complaints on deliveries /invoices based on input of Customer Service Backoffice in Shared Service Center, Sales and Carrier.
  • You will update prices in SAP and create pricelists.
  • You will support own and other departments (Sales, Demand planning, etc.) with relevant info on orders, deliveries, etc.
  • You will collaborate with the Customer Excellence Manager in dedicated projects (internal and external), and participate in customer and carrier meetings.
  • You will support your team colleagues during holidays and high-peaks.

Preferred experience

YOUR SKILLS

  • You hold a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Supply Chain, or related.
  • A first experience in a similar function or environment is a clear advantage. 
  • You are trilingual: you have excellent written and spoken Dutch and French, with a good level of English.
  • You have strong personal skills: dynamic, eager to learn, pro-active, responsible, punctual and team skills.
  • You are hands on, result oriented, service minded, stress resistant and well organized.
  • You are a good communicator (written/verbal), able to build good relationship with customers, service providers and colleagues.
  • Strong administrative skills in systems (Excel/Word), able to focus on details and at the same time capable to recognize headlines in processes.
  • A knowledge of SAP SD is an advantage.
  • Growth potential (able to develop with new responsibilities and projects).
  • Available to work in Brussels for 6 to 9 months.
