As Hello Tomorrow blooms, we are looking for an Investor Network Coordinator who will support and execute key investor events, managing relationships, and enhance the investor community.
YOUR FUTURE RESPONSIBILITIES
As a key member of the Ecosystem & Events team, you will report to and work closely with our Investor Network Manager, supporting our investor-focused initiatives and contributing to the planning and execution of both online and in-person events. Your role will combine strategic research, relationship management, and hands-on event support to help us grow and engage our investor community.
Investor Day (30%)
This is a flagship event featuring 1-on-1 meetings between investors and startups, panels, and a networking cocktail.
Promote the event to our investor network and attract top-tier participants
Act as a key point of contact for attendees before, during, and after the event
Coordinate logistics and ensure smooth execution
Set up and manage the matchmaking platform/app
Support the preparation of panels; liaise with speakers and sponsors to ensure an excellent experience
On the day of the event, welcome investors and ensure they have a seamless, high-value experience
Financing The Future (30%)
A high-level GP/LP event including panels, workshops, and curated networking opportunities.
Promote the event to GPs and LPs to ensure a high-quality audience
Assist with onboarding and follow-up for speakers and participants
Provide logistical and operational support
On the day of the event, facilitate introductions and help maintain a premium atmosphere
Investor Network Development and Strategic Support (40%)
Ongoing support for our investor ecosystem and broader strategic initiatives.
Continuously identify and track relevant deep tech investors worldwide
Monitor industry trends, news, and newly launched funds
Help maintain and enrich our VC mapping and internal knowledge base
Contribute to investor-focused content such as newsletters and webinars
Support the organization of LP-focused events around major LP/GP conferences
Help identify and approach new strategic client segments such as service providers and law firms
Research and evaluate prominent deep tech events in Europe and the US for potential collaboration
This role offers a dynamic blend of strategic insight, people engagement, and operational execution. You’ll work on high-impact initiatives at the heart of the deep tech ecosystem, engaging with leading investors, innovators, and ecosystem partners.
YOUR PREVIOUS EXPERIENCES
You are in your final year of studies or a master’s student in finance.
A first experience working in Finance or a Venture Capital or in a growing startup or a small company is a plus.
You are proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel and have a working knowledge of G Suite (Mail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, etc).
YOUR SKILLS & TALENTS
You speak fluently in French AND English.
You have exceptional written communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a rigorous approach to tasks.
Your analytical skills and ability to quickly grasp and synthesize key issues will be crucial.
As a proactive team player, you will thrive in collaborative environments and contribute effectively to our dynamic team.
You have an interest in our mission and in deep tech, innovation, science and want to learn more about it.
You are a team player, curious, empathetic, humble and eager to do your best to create a positive impact!

You cannot work in Paris (2 days per week on-site).
