As Hello Tomorrow continues to grow, we’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Corporate Event Logistics Intern to support the logistics of 25+ innovation events across Europe.
You will join our dynamic Events & Ecosystem team, playing a key role in planning and executing high-impact innovation matchmaking events throughout the continent. We’re looking for someone organized, hands-on, and eager to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
YOUR FUTURE RESPONSIBILITIES
The Corporate Event Logistics Intern will be responsible for managing the logistics of corporate events within our corporate program in collaboration with the EIC (European Innovation Council). This role requires high delivery standards and meticulous attention to detail to ensure the successful execution of events.
More precisely, reporting to the Project Lead of the Corporate Partnership Program and benefiting from the expertise of the Global Events Manager for mentoring and support in event organizations (2-3 events per month):
Event logistics management
Organize and manage logistics for more than 20 events (“Corporate Days”) organized across Europe this year. This includes, hotel bookings, transportation arrangement, printing of the material required (brochures, name tags), equipment (eg. microphones).
Manage logistics discussion with the contact person from the corporations we collaborate with for these events.
Securing the venue and catering, acquiring and assigning tickets to stakeholders (startups, corporate partners, etc.).
Coordinate a networking dinner on the first day of the event in partnership with the contact from the corporate side.
Stakeholder coordination
Event execution
Traveling to more than 10 cities in Europe to ensure the good execution of these events.
Be hands-on during events to ensure smooth operations, including timely setup, accurate representation of startup names, and overall event flow.
Facilitate the collection of attendance lists from corporate partners.
Manage the arrival of the startups invited to the event (around 25 people).

YOUR PREVIOUS EXPERIENCES
You have a first experience in corporate event planning or a similar role.
A background in Event Management, Hospitality, Logistics, or Operations will set you up for success.
You’ve demonstrated the ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple priorities—especially when juggling several events at once.
Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus.
YOUR SKILLS & TALENTS
You are bilingual in English.
You have a good attention to detail and problem-solving skills, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks (e.g., badges printed, equipment tested).
You are proactive and have good on-site execution, comfortable troubleshooting in real time during events.
You have excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
You have strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
You are passionate about entrepreneurship and innovation and are familiar with the startup ecosystem.
You are a team player, curious, empathetic, humble and eager to do your best to create a positive impact!

You don’t have a valid visa to travel in Europe.
You are not eligible to sign a convention de stage.
You are not available for a full-time 6 months internship.
You can’t work in Paris (2 days per week on-site).
