As Hello Tomorrow blooms, we are looking for a Deep Tech & Innovation Consultant to strengthen our consulting team, eager to work on impactful and deep tech projects with our clients. 

YOUR FUTURE RESPONSIBILITIES 

1. Consulting

• Own your own module of a large strategy or innovation management consulting case, from the framing to the deliverables. 

• Interact with and face clients on a daily basis 

• Best answer clients’ needs and exceed their expectations

• Assignments can be linked to any of our offers from deep tech trend detection or market analysis to startup challenges and stakeholders / actors sourcing, to even venture design. 

2. Business acceleration 

• Help facilitate workshops within consulting missions, using innovation management methods such as Ecosystem Mapping, Design Thinking or Lean Startup (in-house training materials will be provided). 

• Coach teams or startups on methodologies and frameworks to facilitate positioning, market access, and growth. 

3. Deep tech research and analysis 

• Evaluate startups for the Hello Tomorrow Global Challenge. 

• Write articles to  participate in Hello Tomorrow’s Thought Leadership and build your own expertise. 

• Perform analysis for client’s projects, leveraging our startups’ database, surveys, and expert interviews.

YOUR PREVIOUS EXPERIENCES 

➢ You have a background in science/engineering (MSc, PhD) and a good knowledge of emerging technologies in a specific field. 

➢ You have 3-4 years of experience min, at least 2 in a consulting firm. 

➢ You have a proven track record of successfully running innovation management assignments with supervision. 

➢ You have experience facilitating training and workshops. 

➢ Experience in research, startup, or incubator/accelerator is a plus.

YOUR SKILLS & TALENTS 

➢ You are fluent in English. French is a plus. 

➢ You have a strong appetite for science-based topics

➢ You are proactive in identifying problems (and proposing solutions) 

➢ You are autonomous, with  strong organizational skills 

➢ You are passionate about entrepreneurship and innovations having a positive impact. 

➢ You are curious, open-minded, collaborative, humble, and strive for excellence.
