Heetch started back in 2013 on the parking lots of nightclubs, where founders Teddy and Mathieu would showcase their nocturnal ride-sharing service to young customers who’d missed the last train.Currently, our professional 24/24 ride-hailing app covers several countries and is growing very fast, particularly in French-speaking Africa and Angola.

We are always looking for talented and driven people to join us. Today, we are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the marketing function and business growth in Angola.

What will you do at Heetch?

As a Marketing Manager at Heetch, you will lead our efforts to build, strengthen, and protect our brand in Angola. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing impactful marketing strategies that position Heetch as the top choice for urban mobility, while also nurturing a strong creative culture within the team. This role goes beyond growth metrics: it’s about creating a brand identity that inspires trust, drives emotional connection, and resonates with both passengers and drivers.

You will manage the marketing team, ensuring creativity, consistency, and excellence across all campaigns and communication channels. From branding and PR to partnerships and events, your mission will be to elevate Heetch’s image and make it a household name in the Angolan market.

What are your key responsibilities?

  • Develop and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Lead generation efforts through a variety of marketing channels, both online and offline, to attract new users to the platform.
  • Utilize CRM tools to nurture customer relationships and maximize user engagement and retention.
  • Leverage data analysis to identify key trends, track performance metrics, and optimize marketing campaigns for effectiveness.
  • Lead the creative direction of campaigns, ensuring strong storytelling, visual identity, and message alignment across all channels.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work culture.
  • Drive marketing communication strategies to engage audiences and strengthen brand loyalty.- Develop and execute marketing communication strategies to effectively engage with our target audience and drive user adoption
  • Build and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders, institutions, and brands to enhance visibility.
  • Ensure consistency of Heetch’s voice, tone, and identity in all customer-facing communication.
  • Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering creativity, accountability, and collaboration.
  • Plan and oversee marketing events, sponsorships, and activations that enhance brand awareness.
  • Monitor brand perception, market trends, and competitors to anticipate challenges and adapt strategies.

    • Requirements

  • University Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in brand management, creative marketing, PR, and communication strategy.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience in team development.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling, design, and innovation.
  • Solid project management skills, able to prioritize and coordinate multiple campaigns.
  • Professional working proficiency in English.
  • Familiarity with CRM, digital marketing tools, and performance analysis is a plus (but focus is branding/communication).
