The position

Job description

The HRIS Analyst provides support in the maintenance and development of the Global HRIS system (Workday) processes, data and performance.

The team is involved in most of HR department operations globally such as Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Total Rewards, Payroll, Time Off Management and more.

Mission & Responsibilities 

Your mission will be mainly related to the improvement of the core HR features and development of the new capabilities related to the Preboarding & Onboarding. The internal HRIS expert team and specific learning tools will help you rapidly reach the expected knowledge and skills.

Part of your day to day role will be structured around the following responsibilities:

  • Collect new requirement and participate to solution elaboration and testing
  • Help troubleshoot bugs and issues via investigation, solution research, testing, scenario recreation and ensure the efficiency and continuous improvement of solutions
  • Provide production support and coordinate with multiple markets
  • Analyse and report HRIS data
  • Create user documentation and procedures and assist in user trainings
  • Help with the maintenance of the system, in coordination with IT teams (Global & Local)
  • Collaborate with other internal teams (Integration, C&B, Finance, People Development)

Qualifications & Languages 

  • Master’s degree in Engineering, IT, HR, HRIS
  • Languages: English and French (Fluent) for written and verbal communication

Previous Experience & Industry Background 

  • 1 years experience in software implementation or HRIS management
