Who we are?


HarfangLab is a cybersecurity scale-up, and we have developed an Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) software to detect and mitigate modern cyberattacks on a company's workstations and servers. Our algorithms detect abnormal behaviors and generate security alerts or block program execution.

From 30 to 90 employees in 2023, HarfangLab is experiencing hypergrowth and has already achieved several significant milestones: winners of the Ministry of Defense's cyber challenge in 2019, recipients of the BPI's I-Nov competition in 2020, and software certified by ANSSI in 2021.

Our initial clients include CAC40 industrial companies and government entities. We completed our first funding round of €5 million in 2021 and our second funding round of €25 millions in 2023, which will enable us to strengthen our teams, and to expand internationally in Europe.

Our mission is to protect businesses and government agencies from modern cybersecurity threats (cybercrime, data theft, influence) that endanger the economic health of companies and the security of the nation.

Why are we hiring?

HarfangLab has recently completed a significant fundraising round and is now seeking a recruitment intern to support Laura, our Recruitment Specialist, in hiring top talent both in France and internationally.


What you will do with us?

You will be responsible for the following tasks:

Gathering recruitment needs from our internal stakeholders, drafting detailed job descriptions, and designing customized recruitment processes for each position,

- Implementing effective sourcing strategies to identify, attract, and engage the best candidates in the market,

- Ensuring an optimal candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. You will be responsible for maintaining open communication with candidates, providing them with coaching, and motivating them to join our team,

- Actively participating in cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing our overall Talent Acquisition strategy. This may include initiatives related to employer branding, candidate experience, organizing recruitment events, or implementing internal training for teams.


    About you

    Hard Skills 

    • In the final year of a business school or a Master's degree in Psychology or HR,
    • Prior experience in recruitment is advantageous,
    • Proficiency in both English and French is required, and knowledge of German is a valuable asset,
    • Keen interest in gaining experience in Talent Acquisition.

    • You are reliable, passionate, and self-reliant in your role, even under pressure.

        The recruitment process

        1. A 30-minutes video call with Laura our Talent Acquisition Manager,
        2. A take-home test + a psychometric test to evaluate your personality at work,
        3. A 1 hour on-site interview + 30 minutes with the team for a team fit assessment,
        4. A final HR video appointment to assess your soft skills and motivations.
