Join us on an exciting journey to drive sustainable change on a global scale! As part of H&H Group’s Global Sustainability team, you will help shape and execute our Global Sustainability roadmap. This internship offers a unique opportunity to actively contribute to the transformation of our business into a more sustainable and responsible model, benefiting people, pets and the planet. You will work closely with our global offices in China, Hong Kong, Australia, London and the US, and gain valuable experience into the world of ESG.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist the team in executing the Group’s sustainability roadmap in collaboration with other departments

• Conduct active monitoring on emerging sustainability trends, regulations and peers’ benchmark

• Participate in the 2025 ESG reporting campaign, working closely with internal teams across all subsidiaries, as well as with external partners and consultants.

• Coordinate and optimize ESG data collection (carbon footprint, packaging data, suppliers’ data, etc.) with a specific focus on conducting a comprehensive mid-year update of our packaging data.

• Synthesize suppliers’ ESG assessment into actionable insights and improvement plans

• Support the completion of ESG index questionnaires, such as MSCI and Hang Seng.

• Help promote sustainability culture by developing group-wide communication tools (playbook, newsletters, etc.)

• Assist the team with various projects that promote our B Corp certification, internally and externally.

• Manage the tracking of the sustainability budget

• Prior experience in sustainability is welcome - but not mandatory.

• Fluent in English and French.

• Knowledge of the agri-food industry and agricultural sector is a plus.

• You are a Master’s student (Bac +4/5) from an Engineering or Business School or University, specializing in Sustainable Development or Environmental and Social Responsibility Management, looking for a gap-year or end-of-study internship.
