The position

Job description

This is a full-time position.

We are currently hiring an Onboarding Specialist who lives in London and is able to travel across the city to different properties every weekday.

Responsibilities

  • Visit newly acquired properties in order to fully onboard and make the home “GuestReady”.
  • Take photos/videos throughout the property including all the inventory/amenities/check-in process.
  • Detailed lists of property layout, amenities, furnishings.
  • Writing down any damages, wear and tear, broken amenities e.g. damp, no hot water, broken dishwasher.
  • Create a report for the owner with missing items, damages and recommendations to improve the guest experience.
  • Setting up keys at nearby stores.
  • Ongoing quality checks of the units under management, including furnishing upgrades, cleaning and maintenance checks, with formal reports after each visit.

Requirements

  • A presentable and friendly person, ideally having experience working in customer service/ hospitality as you will have to interact with owners.
  • Reliable and trustworthy as you will be carrying keys to our homes.
  • Able to troubleshoot appliances and heating or hot water if there are minor problems.
  • A keen eye for detail is crucial.
  • Ability to write very detailed instructions.
  • Self-driven, self-motivated, proactive.
  • Ability to prioritise, structure and solve problems.
  • Basic understanding of maintenance and property damage.
  • Fluency in English is essential, with excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Understand the value of customer satisfaction and put it at the heart of your work.
  • Ability to travel every weekday within London.
  • Confident being in the field.
  • Experience within property management or interior design is desirable.

You will receive training documents as well as multiple training days with our Onboarding Field Specialist.
