The position

Job description

This will be a temporary position of 4-months initially, with possibility of extending. Key Responsibilities:
  • Daily tasks, such as key drops, check-ins, and facilitating access for service providers.
  • Ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process for guests.
  • Handling guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Solving problems quickly and efficiently, providing immediate solutions to any issues that may arise.
  • Maintaining a keen eye for detail to guarantee the highest standards of service.
We Hope You Possess Most Of These Qualities and Skills :
  • Fluent in English. Arabic, French or Russian would be a plus.
  • Must be located in Dubai, and have legal authorisation/ visa as this role is not sponsored.
  • Must have access to your own vehicle, and possess a valid UAE driver's license.
  • Proven experience in customer service is a must
  • Previous Experience in hotel reception, holiday homes, or the travel and tourism industry is advantageous.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and find solutions.
  • Detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality service.
  • Comfortable using communication and management tools.
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident, personable, and passionate about creating outstanding customer experiences.
