The position
Job description
This will be a temporary position of 4-months initially, with possibility of extending. Key Responsibilities:
- Daily tasks, such as key drops, check-ins, and facilitating access for service providers.
- Ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process for guests.
- Handling guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
- Solving problems quickly and efficiently, providing immediate solutions to any issues that may arise.
- Maintaining a keen eye for detail to guarantee the highest standards of service.
- Fluent in English. Arabic, French or Russian would be a plus.
- Must be located in Dubai, and have legal authorisation/ visa as this role is not sponsored.
- Must have access to your own vehicle, and possess a valid UAE driver's license.
- Proven experience in customer service is a must
- Previous Experience in hotel reception, holiday homes, or the travel and tourism industry is advantageous.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and find solutions.
- Detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Comfortable using communication and management tools.
- Able to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident, personable, and passionate about creating outstanding customer experiences.
