The position

Job description

You will actively manage direct reservations with the help of the team on the ground for viewings. You will optimize external reservations through different channels. You will maximize booking revenue through price adjustments based on market research for the properties assigned. 

Requirements

  • Convert calls and messages from Property Finder or other classified platforms
  • Optimize listings on classified platforms, ensuring daily updates of pricing and content
  • Follow up with in-stay guests for extensions
  • Follow up on payments and deposits
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills
  • Good knowledge of apartments in Dubai and understanding of short-term rentals
  • Ability to represent and talk about GuestReady effectively
  • Cool-tempered and capable of handling rejection
  • Outstanding negotiation skills to resolve issues and address complaints
  • Administration: Bills payment and monitoring

  • Fluent English for phone calls and WhatsApp messaging
  • Good computer skills for sending contracts, managing an excel or google sheet
  • Computer literate and tech-savvy
  • Multitasker, able to work under pressure and stay calm
  • Team player; able to work in an environment with high inter-dependencies between teams
  • Confident and personable, with a passion for creating a great customer experience
