The position

Job description

In this new position, you will be supervising, coordinating and managing the programmatic campaigns across France, Belgium and Netherlands (Western European Hub - WEH) for all the brands of one of our international clients, a well-known CPG company.


About the Role

In collaboration with the local Wavemaker teams in charge of the brands strategy, and the central and activation team based in London/Poland, you will develop programmatic campaigns that are best integrated into local media strategy and aligned with central directives.

You will be the first point of contact of the client regarding all programmatic related topics for the 3 countries. An opportunity to work with multicultural teams and interact with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders.

What You Will Do

  • Strategic leadership
    • Define the programmatic priorities across the 3 markets in collaboration with the Digital Account Lead
    • Build the annual roadmaps with the client and key partners (Google, E-Comm)
    • Identify test & learn opportunities and measurement plan
    • Review project progress with the client and WM Central team (Maturity Scorecard)
    • Build full funnel brand strategies leveraging 1/2/3P Data
    • Campaign management
      • Brief the activation team with local market specificities (audiences/publishers)
      • Ensure that the plans created by the activation team are aligned with the brief and the directives/frameworks provided by the central team
      • Review & report the plan performances providing actionable learnings/insights
      • Work on improving synergies & integration with other media/digital activities
      • Ensure invoicing process is adhered to and managed effectively

Who you are

  • Digital native with minimum 5 years’ experience, ideally in programmatic planning and buying (agency or saleshouse)
  • Good understanding of international environment
  • You have extensive knowledge of display programmatic and the adtech environment
  • Flexible, you are able to adapt to a constantly changing environment
  • Naturally curious, you follow media and data market evolutions with interest
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to work under tight timelines
  • Strong presentation skills, both internally and with clients
  • Team spirit, dynamic and voluntary
  • English fluent (written / oral)
  • Comfortable with office pack (excel, powerpoint)
